Personalised tutoring to help you achieve your academic goals, whether GCSE, A-Level or other specialist exams.
I am a PhD candidate in Theoretical Physics with over 10 years of teaching experience.
My goal is to make science and maths easy and enjoyable for all students. I create a custom learning plan for every student based on their needs and learning style. I like to come up with interesting homework problems to stretch the student and make them think outside the box.
While lessons are taught in English, I speak Russian at an advanced level. I can use Russian to explain difficult ideas, ensuring you understand everything clearly. This is a great way to master your subject and improve your English skills at the same time.
Я могу использовать русский язык, чтобы помочь вам лучше понять сложные темы.

All lessons are delivered online via Zoom, allowing for flexible scheduling and a comfortable learning environment from anywhere. I write notes for each lesson which are then sent to the student for them to have a record and for their revision of what we discussed. I guide students through solving problems step-by-step, asking the right questions to encourage active thinking rather than just giving answers.
My favourite moments are when my students discover something for themselves, by being guided into asking the right questions and thinking about the consequences of those lines of enquiry.
No matter the subject, my focus is always on deep understanding. We work at your pace, revisiting tricky concepts as many times as needed until they truly make sense. If you truly understand something, you don't need to remember it. You know it.
By building confidence and clarity, I help students become independent problem solvers who actually enjoy the process of learning.
